"Les Pierres d'Aurèle" is a winery composed of ​​20 ha vineyard on typical soils of the region of Chenonceaux (flint clays and sedimentary sands). Depending on the vine area we produce AOC Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux or Crémant de Loire, using different grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Grolleau, Gamay, Pineau d'Aunis, ... Côt, Chardonnay and Chenin. And to ensure the sustainability of our work, vines are cultivated respecting the Terra Vitis® production charter. The vineyards are grassed throughout the year and each of our interventions is based on a careful observation of the vineyard. We use no insecticide to get 100% natural wine. see more
