The Pfister family started to cultivate vines in 1780 on the clay-limestone soils of Dahlenheim, a village located at only 20 minutes of Strasbourg. Mélanie Pfister, the 8th generation and the first winegrower woman of the family, will be pleased to welcome you to make you discover her wines. Her main goal is to make a whole range of ... well-balanced wines : from the Crémant d'Alsace, "Terroirs" wines, Grand Cru Engelberg wines to the Vendanges Tardives wines. Through her hard work in the 10 hectares vineyard and in the cellar, she wants to get healthy and high quality grapes and wines.
