Domaine Guillaume Baduel

Venus entre amis pour découvrir les vins de Bourgogne nous avons été pris en main par un amoureux de son vin, un puits de science qui nous a fait vivre l'histoire de son raisin de la vendange jusqu'à la mise en bouteille. Une très belle expérience d'où nous sommes sortis mieux éduqués. Merci Monsieur Baduel père pour ce beau moment.

Un domaine familial à taille humaine. Les propriétaires prennent le temps pour expliquer et répondre aux questions, une très bonne expérience!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment ! Une dégustation où la propriétaire a pris le temps de nous apprendre plein de choses de manière très pédagogue ! Une dégustation délicieuse et généreuse ! Nous recommandons vivement !!

We arrived early and were welcomed to wait in a pleasant garden. Our tour began very professional, informative and continued with warmth and friendliness. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone who would like a taste of superlative wines that have been owned by a family for 6 generations.

Nous avons passé un super moment auprès d'un passionné qui a su nous immerger dans son monde. Les vins sont excellents et le cadre authentique. Bravo, belle offre.

We were greeted by the father of the vintner (he was the vintner before retiring), who took us into the cellars for a tour and tasting. Patrice was so personable and very informative about the winemaking process, appellations, and terroir. We enjoyed our time with him greatly. The five wines we tasted were all very young and the taste reflected that. The reds show promise but really need cellaring. It was wonderful to taste two of their wines, both Village wines, obviously both Pinot Noir’s, from the same year but different plots—to see the effects of the terroir on the grapes. Fascinating!! This was our only opportunity for such an experience. This was our third winery visit and it was the smallest one, giving us a very unique perspective of what a small winery must go through. We enjoyed our time with him!.
