A fantastic gourmande tasting with so much information

Nicholas was our guide through tasting with a fromagerie/charcuterie board accompanying it. He tailored the tasting to our group, asking for wines we would like to try. Each one was wonderful and a good selection to understand the different areas and standards. I asked too many questions but they were all answered because he was so knowledgeable. The cheeses were all so delicious and we went into Beaune after to buy a few new ones we had never tasted before! Nicholas lead us through which cheeses to eat with which wines and he spoke about food pairings as well. This was the best tasting I have been to in France... both because of the new knowledge as well as the quality of the wines. The view and the tasting room were perfect. Definately one to book.

Great wines, need more attention to details

The girl who followed us was as very nice, welcoming and gave us interesting explanations, answering all of our questions. She gave us the possibility to choose the types of wine we wanted to taste, including a gran cru that was amazing. The thing that could be improved, compared to other experiences in other regions of france/nations, is the attention to details: we used the same glass for all the wines, without washing them, which doesn't allow to appreciate fully the different perfumes, and we were left standing the whole time.

We did three wine tastings on this day, and this was my favourite. I learned a lot about Bourgogne wines and had a very nice time. The host was very kind and made our visit very special. Highly recommended, thank you.

A wonderful visit with Caveau MOILLARD! We were warmly welcomed into their beautiful hospitality and tasting room and received an in-depth education on Bourgogne wines and their diverse history. The tasting space overlooks the beautiful vines of Meursault, and the 6 Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines we tasted were all fabulous. A visit we highly recommend! 5 Stars!
