Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte

Un grand merci à Alice pour cette visite guidée à la fois agréable et très instructive. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et appris énormément de choses intéressantes sur la fabrication du champagne. La dégustation finale, avec trois coupes ? de champagnes succulents, a été la parfaite conclusion de cette expérience. À refaire sans hésiter, peut-être en semaine pour découvrir la production en activité !

Gigantesque.Des explications courtes mais très claires. Une visite du site impressionnante..Un bon complément après la vite d’une petite cave.

All in all a great visit to a very interesting house. The guide was well informed and good at communicating. The guy at the gate was a complete moron however. Couldn't speak a word of English and had the most disgusting and annoying attitude.

I want to take the opportunity to thank Elliot for the very informative tour of the Nicolas Feuillatte facility. His enthusiasm, depth of knowledge and professionalism were very much appreciated. We were not aware that they are a cooperative owned by 6,000 growers who contribute their grapes to make their own and Feuillatte-branded champagnes at this impressive facility. It's very different from the small producers in the area who might make 50,000 bottles in a year vs. 20 million at Feuillatte.Yet, in spite of the difference in scale, the process is essentially the same and the resulting champagne is very good.I highly recommend the tour and tasting and you can compare it to a visit to one of the small producers in the area to see for yourself what I mean.

A really good tour of this iconic champagne house, lovely to see the engineering in a modern (49 year old house of Champagne).Beautiful facilities, very well thought out tour, and great to see the raw engineering.
