Our tour of Lanson was fantastic! Our tour guide (can’t remember her name) gave us tour at 0945 and made it so easy to understand the history, villages, types of grapes and the fermentation process that makes their champagne. She answered all our questions and took her time with us throughout the tour. Can’t thank her enough!

Ce fut une merveilleuse expérience avec une guilde exceptionnelle qui nous a fait partager sa passion sur l’histoire du champagne Lanson De toute façon toute l’équipe est d’une gentillesse à toute épreuve. et le champagne est exceptionnel de mon point de vue bien entendu. encore merci

Aujourd’hui, nous avons visité la maison Lanson. Super expérience ! À refaire avec toute la famille ! Et surtout, une très belle surprise : notre guide Élodie était top ! Très professionnelle, avec sa voix douce, elle a su embellir notre visite en captant toute notre attention pendant toute la durée de la visite. Nous n’avons pas vu le temps passer.Bravo à Élodie. La maison Lanson peut être fière d’avoir cette perle rare dans ses effectifs. Merci encore une fois. Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !

It is difficult to say how the tour could be improved. Entrance through the main gate, professional reception and comfortable seating in the Lanson waiting lounge set the tone. The guide was perfect and assessed how much detail to provide, she answered all questions and spent time with each visitor (11 on our tour at 09:45). Tasting was tutored and tailored to our individual groups. A great experience and I learnt a lot.

Nous sommes rémois depuis maintenant plus de quatre ans et avons profité de la visite d’amis parisiens pour aller à la rencontre de la Maison Lanson. La guide était agréable, claire, pédagogue et précise, sa voix portait. Le parcours est bien fait. Les salons de dégustation sont confortables. Nous recommandons!

Arrival area has a lot of interesting history and displays. Tour started on time. Host was friendly, welcoming and knowledgable and spoke excellent English. Lots of opportunity for questions and photographs - nothing was rushed and every part of the tour was made interesting - nothing dull! Ended with a tasting of several champagnes while being seated in a very comfortable lounge. The host went above and beyond to ensure we got the tasting experience despite an accidental mix up with our ticket type (which including a tasting and not just a standard single glass of champagne). The host was fantastic and a credit to the Lanson Brand. Thank you for a very enjoyable afternoon!
