Boursot Père et Fils

Our host, one of the sons in the 15th generation of the Boursot family who have made the wines and run this business since the 16th C, was so hospitable and shared a great deal of knowledge, passion and humour as he toured us through the appellations of Burgundy. It’s admirable this business have chosen to export only 60% of their produce, so they can share their family story working with Pinot noir and Chardonnay, and continue to offer tastings for the public to enjoy. We had a wonderful time, merci beaucoup!

Romaric was an excellent tour guide through a wide selection of wines from regional to grand cru. Each wine was accompanied by information about the climat, weather conditions, etc. that helped put each selection into context. A highly recommended experience!

Ce fut une conversation très instructive qui m'a permis de mieux comprendre la région de Chambolle-Musigny et la structure du sol qui influence la texture du vin. Du village au grand cru, les tanins sont magnifiques et le goût est très agréable.

Très beau moment passé avec un vigneron passionné qui vous présente de très bons vins. Les explications sont intéressantes, passionnantes et vous font comprendre la complexité du travail de la vigne. Le choix des vins est intéressant et reprend pratiquement toute la gamme , du plus basique( déjà très bon) au premier cru. Je conseille cette adresse.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Wines were great as well as the conversation. We learned a lot about winemaking in the region.

Wonderful very old domaine . The XV. generation of winemakers - one family. Very pleasant tasting, very frienly atmosphere in the cave with both brothers. Excellent wines.
