Plus qu’une visite, une expérience à part entière. Fort de leurs valeurs, Achillée vous permet de comprendre la biodynamie et de pouvoir découvrir l’ensemble de leurs cépages. Un accueil chaleureux et une équipe au top. Je recommande fortement.

Un accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Une visite avec des explications claires et simples pour comprendre la philosophie et l’activité de cette maison. Tout est cohérent : de la vigne aux bâtiments en passant bien évidemment par leurs vins.

As a group of three we really enjoyed the experience. The young lady who guided us through the process was very knowledgeable and explained how different their process steps are. The wines tasted very different and we didn't enjoy all of them but we were glad to have had the opportunity to experience a very different approach to the art of winemaking and the different flavours that it offers.

Upon arrival, we immediately realized that this was not your typical winery in the region. The location was trendy, new, and sustainably designed. We were invited to relax in one of the comfortable seating areas of the tasting room while the host finished up a previous tasting session. To welcome us, we were served a refreshing drink while we waited. Afterward, we were guided through the history of the building and the unique process behind Achillee wine production, all while enjoying their delightful Riesling. We then had the opportunity to taste a selection of their biodynamic wines, paired with delicious local cheeses and cured meats. Our host took the time to ensure we fully appreciated the wines, expertly guiding us through the tasting experience. He did so in an approachable and efficient manner, speaking in a way that perfectly matched our level of understanding.

J'avais réservé chez Achillée pour faire découvrir les vins et crémants d'Alsace à des amis, et l'expérience a été une réussite ! L'accueil était chaleureux, et nous avons été très bien accompagnés tout au long de la visite et de la dégustation, même pour les non-initiés. Tout était au top, rien à redire ! Une superbe découverte que je recommande sans hésitation.
