About the winery

The Dopffs have always been committed to developing and expanding their family winery. With 70 hectares of vineyards, over the years it has become the largest winery in the heart of the Alsace Grand Cru appellation. Leuk om dit even tussendoor te doen. Wij kregen 3 wijnen en een champagne. We werden goed geholpen en er werd goed uitleg gegeven. Duurde ongeveer een uur en dat is dan ook voldoende.

It was my first experience having a wine tasting and I must admit it was amazing! I learnt so much about wines, and all the wines (and Crémant) I tried were just amazing. I definitely recommend the wine tasting at Dopff au Moulin, Requewihr!

Leuke en gezellige proeverij gehad. Nao gaf bij elke wijn een stukje achtergrond info. Hij stemde goed af op wat wij graag wilden proeven en de humor tussendoor werd erg gewaardeerd door ons. Zeker een aanrader!

Excellent tasting experience - Nao was very welcoming and knowledgeable and went out of his way to find the perfect wines. The drinks were delicious and covered a wide range of flavours. Strongly recommend.

A wonderful tasting experience. The lady who served us explained the entire process of making Cremant, as well as the subtle differences between the different varieties and how the soil they are grown in affects them. She was very kind! And the wines were delicious!
