Breathtaking Estate with a captivating history and EXCELLENT wine!

Gardens, revolution, family, GHOSTS, Chateau des Salles really has it all! We brought our 3 year old son along for the 'the House keys' tour and tasting and they were so sweet with him and accommodating. Our tour guide, Maude, was such a delight and gave us all of the fascinating history behind the Chateau and also the family history tied in that really makes the whole place magical. We even had a surprise guest appearance by the matriarch, Francoise, who was so kind and pleasant to us. You can really tell how much love and dedication goes into the grounds and home. All of this was ended with a tasting of some of the best wine we tried in all of Bordeaux. The tasting room/main room even had a toy box and coloring table for children. If you're in the area, definitely don't miss this experience!

An excellent tour. The two young ladies who welcomed us were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The wine was delicious, too. Highly recommended.

L’histoire passionnante et rebondissante du château racontée par une guide très impliquée a été un moment de bonheur Beaucoup d’explications sur le vignoble et l’élaboration du vin que nous avons pu déguster à la fin de la visite À faire sans hésitation !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la visite du château. Notre guide, adorable et souriante, a su transmettre avec intérêt l'histoire de la famille et mettre avant les atouts du château. Elle a fait de cette visite une excellente expérience. Les vins dégustés sont tout autant excellents. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons eu droit à une visite guidée très divertissante du domaine de Geoffrey. Quel jeune homme sympathique et attentionné ! Il nous a également fait découvrir, lors d'une excellente dégustation, les délicieux vins de Pomerol du Château de Sales.
