Distillerie Mabillot

Their grandfather was a farmer, their father a cereal grower and winemaker, and their two brothers were attached to their family roots and their terroirs.
Drawing on their agricultural and winegrowing heritage, the Mabillot brothers, Matthieu and Renaud, were inspired by their passion for spirits to create a distillery on their cereal farm to ... produce whiskies.
From field to glass is the motto of this farm distillery created in 2018. Matthieu and Renaud control the entire production chain: sowing, harvesting, brewing and distilling, breeding and bottling.
Building the distillery has enabled the two brothers to get a little closer to the short circuits and integrated production they are already very familiar with on their vineyard estate in the Reuilly appellation, where white, red and rosé wines are produced.
