This experience was perfect for us because we were staying in Colmar. A wonderful lunch at Maison Rouge in Colmar was followed by a short drive to Eguisheim where we were given a very thorough introduction to Alsatian wines by Valérie of Domaine Emile Beyer. We learned not only about the wines but also of the rich family history of the estate. Afterwards, we were able to tour the quaint and beautiful town of Eguisheim. We enjoyed this activity very much.

Als je in de buurt bent zou ik deze plek ten zeerste aanbevelen, een prachtige plek een goede gids en prachtige wijnen. Echt de moeite waard !!

I had a great time in this lunch and tasting event arranged with Maison Emile Beyer. There was a small hiccup, as Rue des Vigneron directed me to Eguishein, and Maison Beyer expected me to start the even in Colmar, but that was swiftly rearranged, and lunch was moved to Au Vieux Porche in Eguishein, which proved to be a great place and I really enjoyed the meal and wines. Tasting was done at Maison Emile Beyer, guided by a very knowledgeable and courteous sommelier.

Parfait accueil et dégustation très bien accompagnée, très attentive aux goûts de chacun pour adapter les suggestions et la façon de vivre cette expérience. Petit bémol : visite de cave trop courte notamment parce que ce n’est plus la cave en activité donc finalement peu à voir de nos yeux

Merci pour cette belle dégustation, vous nous avez fait découvrir votre région à travers vos vins, nous avons pu en apprendre davantage. Des explications simple mais explicites. Je recommande même pour les personnes novices, ils s’adaptent à chacun. Encore merci pour ce moment.

We had a great tour. The guide was simply wonderful, she was very professionable and knowledgable and very kind and hospitable. The explanations were thorough and in very good English, every question was answered in length. The old cellar is interesting and adds to the experience. We warmly recommend this tour with the wonderful guide. We tasted many wines and it was enjoyable. Thank you!
