About the winery

Veuve Ambal, a family wine house that is more than a century old, is today the most important producer of Crémant de Bourgogne.

In order to share its passion for sparkling wines, it opens its doors all year long to visitors. With 250 ha of vineyards, Veuve Ambal is one of the largest owner-harvesters in Burgundy.

Visit unlike usual overlooking production line. Wines were good, tasting portion was really nice.

Quel degré d'automatisation ! Voir les robots en action, les voir passer les bouteilles d'une étape à l'autre à été très impressionnant. Au final, le tour nous aura pris plus d'une heure, audio guides vissés sur la tête. La dégustation à été très animée, très interactive, et nous a permis de comprendre les typicites de certaines cuvées.

Nous avons adoré cette visite, instructive et répondant à toutes les questions concernant la fabrication du crémant. De plus la dégustation était parfaite, nous avons apprécié tous ces excellents crémants et également la demoiselle tellement sympathique qui nous les a expliqués. Merci encore !

Nous avons eu le plaisir de vivre une très belle expérience, l'accueil très sympathique, nous savons déjà par avance que l'on va passer un bon moment :) la visite était très intéressante, la dégustation fort agréable, pas de limite sur les produits que nous souhaitions gouter , et vraiment généreux sur la quantité des coupes, tout en étant raisonnables évidement ! L'animation était agréable, nous avons appris beaucoup de chose et l'humour était présent. Un très bon moment.

Super visite accueil au top et très très accueillant Dégustation rien à redire on peut goûter tout ce que l’on veut dans la limite du raisonnable On reviendra car dommage que l’usine ne fonctionnait pas « dimanche » normal

great visit. Very clear explanation about domaine history and clear winemaking process also good for someone does not know nothing. impressive amd modern plant. great tasting time too. Fantastic people support you in understanding your preferite wine throughout their deep offer. special mention: they help me in paying beacuse of my application phone did not work.

An excellent experience, from start to finish. The audio-guide is offered in various languages and is synchronized with each stage of the visit through the factory so there is no need to press buttons. The crémant tastings at the end of the visit was certainly the highlight!
