About the winery

The first traces of the Château d'Eyran date back to 1317. Rebuilt on the gravelly coast of Mount Eyran, it entered in the Seze family in 1796 and is still owned by them today. We had been there for a wine tasting but we also stayed there with the camping car for one night. The lady who led us through the winery did it beautiful and her english was brilliant. We learned a lot about the Bordeaux wines and enjoyed it very much. The winery itself is a beautiful place, they serve excellent wines. Also through the tasting you get enough wine to taste (8 different tastes). We fully recommend this winery & the tastings there and will definitely come back if we come around again.Thank you very much!

Accueil chaleureux par une guide extrêmement compétente et tellement enthousiaste qu'elle a su nous emmener avec elle de l'histoire, au vignoble jusqu'au chai. C'est un moment de convivialité, de partage et de générosité. La meilleure visite que nous ayons fait...et nous en avons fait. Merci

Super visite dégustation, nous avons eu des explications très précises et intéressantes sur le domaine, son histoire, les vins qui y sont produits, le terroir, le procédé de fabrication, suivi d’une dégustation. La personne qui nous a fait la visite était très gentille et ses explications très claires et dynamiques. Je recommande !

Très bonne dégustation

Nous sommes allés au château pour une simple dégustation et nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. La jeune fille était très gentille et cette vue sur les 300 bariques pendant la dégustation était très sympa. Nous avions déjà dégusté les vins du château lors de notre dernière venue il y a 4 ans mais nous voulions revenir et nous avons dégusté une agréable surprise qui va sans doute trouver place dans notre cave.
