Great afternoon in and around Epernay

An excellent tour with an extremely well-informed guide, Clem. Booked as a birthday trip for my husband, it was a perfect activity on an extremely hot afternoon. The 2CV was remarkably comfortable for our journey through villages outside Epernay in the heart of the vineyards. We enjoyed a shady stop on the hillside where we learnt about the vines and enjoyed glasses of champagne after sabring the top off the bottle. Finally a visit to the Jean Milan producer to discover the cellars, learn about details of champagne production and enjoy a tasting session. Thoroughly recommended.

My best friend and I had the most wonderful experience on Monday with Paulette (our 2 CV) and driver extraordinaire Laeticia (hopefully spelt that right!). So informative and well thought out. A truly memorable experience! The highlight of our weekend ✨️ ? Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time on this champagne tour in a vintage van. “Suzie the van” handled the hills effortlessly and added so much charm to the experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the entire champagne-making process clearly in excellent English. The tasting at the end was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to finish the tour. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

Champagne Tasting With Marjorie & Marcel

We were celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday and were a family of 6. We couldn’t have picked a better activity…… We met Marjorie in the centre of Epernay and she introduced us to Marcel the grandfather vintage camper van. It was so delightful being driven around the vineyards in such style! Marjorie was an excellent guide, full of interesting facts and her English was amazing. The champagne house where we toured the production process was in a beautiful village and the house itself was fascinating. Naturally the champagne tasting was delicious and again very informative and interesting. We would thoroughly recommend this tour!! Thank you Marjorie and Marcel. XX

We had an absolutely amazing time. The tour guide was knowledgeable and so sweet and she did an AMAZING job translating between us and the other couple there (we only speak English and they only spoke French). It was a super informative and just fun, a great way to see the region and learn!

Fabuleuse expérience avec Maeva et le vintage tour

Nous avons passé la matinée en compagnie de Maeva et de sa nouvelle 2CV qui doit encore être baptisée (Sylvianne, Eulalie, Madeleine, Georgette?...) et l'expérience s'est avérée fantastique: Maeva est un guide exceptionnel, très pédagogue, jamais en panne de réponses à nos nombreuses questions! Après un premier passage dans les vignes afin de poser les bases, nous avons visité la cave de Jean Milan où nous avons été initiées à la complexité du savoir-faire champenois si passionnant et si délicat. Nous avons enchaîné avec une belle dégustation et toutes les explications nécessaires. La dernière dégustation dans les vignes fut une apothéose grâce à la petite mise en scène surprise de Maeva et surtout au sabrage d'une demi-bouteille de champagne fort bien réussi. Merci à Maeva pour ses conseils avisés et pour ce grand moment!! Nous recommandons chaudement cette excursion avec le vintage tour.
