We were celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday and were a family of 6.
We couldn’t have picked a better activity…… We met Marjorie in the centre of Epernay and she introduced us to Marcel the grandfather vintage camper van. It was so delightful being driven around the vineyards in such style! Marjorie was an excellent guide, full of interesting facts and her English was amazing. The champagne house where we toured the production process was in a beautiful village and the house itself was fascinating. Naturally the champagne tasting was delicious and again very informative and interesting. We would thoroughly recommend this tour!!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The tour guide was knowledgeable and so sweet and she did an AMAZING job translating between us and the other couple there (we only speak English and they only spoke French). It was a super informative and just fun, a great way to see the region and learn!

Nous avons passé la matinée en compagnie de Maeva et de sa nouvelle 2CV qui doit encore être baptisée (Sylvianne, Eulalie, Madeleine, Georgette?...) et l'expérience s'est avérée fantastique: Maeva est un guide exceptionnel, très pédagogue, jamais en panne de réponses à nos nombreuses questions! Après un premier passage dans les vignes afin de poser les bases, nous avons visité la cave de Jean Milan où nous avons été initiées à la complexité du savoir-faire champenois si passionnant et si délicat. Nous avons enchaîné avec une belle dégustation et toutes les explications nécessaires. La dernière dégustation dans les vignes fut une apothéose grâce à la petite mise en scène surprise de Maeva et surtout au sabrage d'une demi-bouteille de champagne fort bien réussi. Merci à Maeva pour ses conseils avisés et pour ce grand moment!! Nous recommandons chaudement cette excursion avec le vintage tour.

This was a perfect day. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and privileged to be just two of us with Clemence our knowledgeable guide in her trusty Gaston vintage van. We learnt so much from Clemence who answered all our many questions with good humor and in perfect English. The tasting at Jean Milan was also perfect and finished off a great day in style. We would highly recommend taking this vintage your. A great concept delivered with style.b

Maeva, our host, and Marcelle, our van, took us on a fantastic tour of the Champagne countryside, with a lot of history and beautiful views. Maeva was a great host, and driver, and made the experience memorable. The visit to Champagne Jean Malin was very interesting, and we had a great time drinking a few of their different Champagne, chatting and enjoying the sunshine.
