Champagne Comtesse Lafond

My daughter and I visited for the tour, tasting, and sabrage. We were in a small group of six and greeted by the lovely Julie. She made us feel very welcome, she was engaging and extremely knowledgeable about all the stages of champagne production and its history. There was no question we asked that she could not answer with complete authority. We visited the cellar and grounds, as well as the chateau itself which is stunning. Learning the art of sabrage was great fun and getting to try the champagne afterwards was a bonus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour over the bigger houses as it was a much more personal and relaxed experience IMO

Today we had an incredible and truly exclusive experience in the Champagne region. The tour was very intimate, with a small group of only 6 people, which made everything feel even more special and personalized.Our guide, Julie, was absolutely amazing. She taught us so much about Champagne — from the production process to the history of the region and all the details that make Champagne so unique and prestigious.And of course, the highlight of the tour was the sabrage experience! Such an unforgettable moment.I’ve done other tours in the Champagne region before, and this was by far the best one. The perfect combination of knowledge, passion, exclusivity, and fun.I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Champagne!

Absolutely loved this chateau! They are very friendly, professional, kind and courteous. They have a list that you select from, pick 3, and they give you details about all of them so you can make an informed decision. They give you time to enjoy and relax and do not rush you in anyway. We enjoyed everything! You can sit inside (smaller area) or outside in the garden which is absolutely beautiful. The champagnes are flavorful and tasty. This chateau is a little bit further out BUT it is a MUST do! We will definitely visit again!

We feel lucky to have been here to do the promenade, it was excellent from start to finish (despite the weather) carefully planned locations, friendly informative staff and delicious wines. A must do .

We spent a great afternoon tasting champagnes anb wines. The drinks were exquisite. We were happy about having the possibility to attend this event.

Nous avons été bien accueilli tout au long de la balade .. très bel endroit . La diversité des dégustations étaient un plus (champagne, vins rouges et blancs, liqueurs) . Belle découverte.

We took this tour to try sabrage and it was a ton of fun. Only one person from each pair got to use the sabre, which was fine because it was what we were expecting. Our host was friendly and took us to three different locations throughout the property for tastings. It was interesting to see the cellar, and lovely to enjoy Champagne out on the terrace.
