Château Marquis de Terme, Grand Cru Classé

We came out on the train from Bordeaux and walked to Château Marquis de Terme. We had a private tour and our host was wonderful and very informative. After the tour we completed a tasting and decided to stay longer to enjoy the outdoor seating and sun. Thank you very much

Une première pour nous dans les vignerons bordelais . Une guide au top, des explications claires , un bon échange. Je recommande. Nous avons mangé au restaurant du chateau à la suite de la visite, je recommande également. Merci pour cette belle demie journée.

We really enjoyed the bike ride, the visit of the vats + ageing room and the wine tasting in the garden - we thought it was worth the money, and the wines we tasted were all excellent. If you are unsure regarding which Château to visit in the Medoc area, this one with the bicycle ride is a no-brainer. Thomas, our guide, is really knowledgeable, super nice and has taken the time to answer all our questions.This is the first time we had the chance to ride a bike, and we liked it very much, as it didn't feel like the traditional visit of seeing some grapes, vats room and tasting. We definitely recommend it if you are doing the Route des vins (or route des Châteaux as it is also called, driving the D2 road from Bordeaux to Pauillac).
