Domaine de Bois Mozé

We had a great couple of hours touring the vineyard in early September, having the different grape varieties explained, the types of wine made. They had started harvesting, so we saw the grapes arriving, being tipped into the vat for pressing, the skins being removed. It was very interesting to see the wine production in action. Anouk (hopefully spelled correctly) was very knowledgeable and friendly, she gave us some history of the vineyard as well as the local area. We then tasted about six wines alongside local cheese and meats, all paired really well. We enjoyed many of the wines and bought a couple of cases to drink during and after our holiday. Visite très intéressante, très belle découverte. Alexis notre guide est fort sympathique et très professionnel pour son jeune âge. Il nous a fait découvrir ce domaine avec beaucoup de passion et d'enthousiasme. Belle dégustation en finale pour le bonheur nos papilles. Cette visite nous réconcilie avec le bio. À recommander !

Anouk heeft ons met veel plezier en kennis rondgeleid op Bois Mozé. Duidelijk, vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Ze sprak bovendien zeer goed Engels, wat prettig was omdat niet iedereen Frans sprak.De wijnen die we mochten proeven waren een goede dwarsdoorsnede wat het domein te bieden heeft.

We really enjoyed our tour, it was very educational and we learnt a lot more than we expected. Lucas was a very good tutor and was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The wine was very good also. Would definitely recommend a visit.
