Une très belle expérience, Eva nous a fait découvrir ce chai et expliqué tout ce merveilleux travail pour l'élaboration de ces différents crus de cette belle exploitation familiale.

A highlight of our recent trip to Saint-Émilion was a private 3-hour wine education course at Chateau Cadet Bon, led by the incredible Beatrice Bas. As a local winemaker, Beatrice brings an authenticity and passion to her teaching that is simply infectious.The experience was perfectly paced, beginning with a walk through the vineyards and moving into a fascinating session that completely changed how we understand wine. Beatrice has a gift for demystifying the complex interplay between smell and taste, making it accessible and fun. What we appreciated most was her warmth, knowledge, and the genuine joy she took in sharing her craft with us. It felt less like a class and more like a personal introduction to the world of Saint-Émilion wine from a true expert. We cannot recommend this experience with Beatrice highly enough—it's an absolute must for anyone visiting the region!
