Whilst visiting Saint-Émilion, be sure to hop aboard the little tourist train: it’s the perfect way to admire the ramparts, the iconic monuments of the medieval town, as well as the most prestigious châteaux and its vineyards, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The tour includes a stop at Château Rochebelle, a Grand Cru Classé, where you’ll discover remarkable 18th-century monolithic cellars, beautifully illuminated by a play of light.

The tour will conclude with a tasting of a vintage from this prestigious Grand Cru Classé.

Le parcours en petit train est original et permet de découvrir Saint-Émilion de façon ludique, avant une visite des caves très intéressante.

It was a really enjoyable tour since the estate is relatively small but has great history- we really appreciated that it is one of the few family estates left. Our guide was excellent and helped us to understand a lot about the process, the grading system and how to taste the wines. I would have liked to have a little more opportunity to taste and compare different wines eg. different years, but that is a pretty small complaint. It was also really lovely to arrive on the small train!

Rochebelle : Très instructif. Explications par un hôte passionné. Vin d'exception. Final par la boutique avec beaucoup de choix. Ballade en petit train : vignes superbes, passe par de petites routes inconnues des touristes. Plein d'informations. C'est vraiment un circuit à ne pas manquer.
