Château Bernateau

Hice la visita con mi marido y mis tres hijos y todos salimos encantados, incluyendo a los niños que pensaba que se aburrían. Se alargó por más del tiempo previsto, atendiendo a todas nuestras dudas y consultas, demostrando gran conocimiento y entusiasmo en su trabajo. Fue muy educativa por lo que es totalmente recomendable. La cata de vinos también fue muy instructiva y los niños también pudieron tomar un mosto. Gracias por todo

Great hospitality, excellent explanations of the vines and winemaking process, and fantastic wines in the tasting. Totally worth it.

Nous avons passé un super moment auprès de Catherine qui nous a présenté de manière passionnante les régions viticoles de Bordeaux et les pratiques propres à chacune, les différents processus jusqu’à la mise en bouteille, sans oublier les petites anecdotes enrichissantes tout au long de la visite ! Nous avons énormément appris durant cette visite et avons passé un excellent moment, on recommande à 100%!!? My husband and I had a very pleasant visit to Chateau Bernateau. We were greeted by Manon with great friendliness and enthusiasm. She thoroughly explained the different regions of Bordeaux and the soils/growing conditions of each region and the impact this has on the grape. She further explained the rules and regulations set forth to be adhered to for growing grapes and producing wines in Bordeaux. A short visit to the vineyard explained the growing and pruning of the vine to produce the ultimate grape, as well as seeing a 95 year old vine! On a visit to the vat room, Manon explained the extensive process for producing the final product. Back in the tasting room, Manon answered all of our questions thoroughly while we enjoyed sampling 3 of the wines produced by the family. All in all, a very informative and enjoyable experience.
