About the winery

It is in Burgundy that the Gros family has been producing wine for 10 generations with the same passion. The Gros Ch. & Fils estate was born from the union of André Gros and Renée Faiveley.
Since the 1700's, the Gros family has originated from Ladoix-Serrigny in the Côte de Beaune and are winegrowers in Buisson (hamlet of the village). ... see more

Nous avons adoré notre expérience au domaine. L’activité était bien au delà de nos attentes et nous avons appris beaucoup de choses sur le vin. La dégustation et la visite étaient tout simplement fantastiques. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Professional and friendly welcome. A detailed explanation of the winemaking. Quite a nice walk round the winery. For our taste, the white ones have been too oaky or too much toasted. All the red Gran Cru were outstanding.

The host was friendly, but the property was not large enough to qualify as a tour. We also made an advance reservation and selected the Grand Cru experience, but we only tasted 1 Grand Cru wine so we definitely did not feel that the value of the wine & tour was worth what we paid.
Very enjoyable visit with great vines

We went on the short tour where the guide explained how vine is made at the estate, focusing on the different areas and grades from regional to grand cru. We had kids with us which was not a problem at all. The vines we tasted where all good and it was interesting to taste the differences in depth from the different parts of the region. Highly recommended!

This is a small boutique winery producing some interesting and outstanding wines. They harvest their own grapes from several plots to produce both red and white wines up to Grand Cru. The guide was knowledgeable, explaining the full process and difference between the plots. I would thoroughly recommend a visit for anyone who appreciates wine - you cannot currently buy their wines in the UK so it’s an opportunity to take home some fabulous wines!
