About the winery

Château du Taillan has been a family property since 1896 but today it is above all a modern story, told by women! Five sisters now hold the reins of the Château located at the gateway to Bordeaux and the Médoc.

Visite bien agréable en compagnie de notre jeune guide qui a su répondre à beaucoup de nos questions . Nous avons pu déguster 3 vins : rouge, blanc et rosé, aussi découvrir toutes les étapes de la vinification et admirer les chais classés aux monuments historiques.

The wine tour was incredible! We learned so much about the winemaking process at a stunning château. Despite the rain, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful location. The tour concluded with a delightful tasting of three wines, making for a perfect end to the experience.
