About the winery

Château du Taillan has been a family property since 1896 but today it is above all a modern story, told by women! Five sisters now hold the reins of the Château located at the gateway to Bordeaux and the Médoc.

La guía explicó todo el proceso de elaboración de manera clara, detallada e interesante, respondiendo a todas nuestras preguntas. Se nota la pasión y el conocimiento que transmiten durante la visita. Joanna was wonderful! She knew all about the wines, took us all around the beautiful site to understand the process of winemaking, and patiently answered our questions. Our favorite place was the cellar, so majestic and cool. And of course we enjoyed the wines and delicious sausage. Thank you!!
