About the winery

Our human-sized vineyard extends only on the hillside, visible from our living room, at the corner of the Kachelof. The Grand Cru Rangen is a very demanding, stony and poor place with steep slopes: the vines draw the minerals and water necessary for their survival from the faults in the mother rock of volcanic origin. Très bon moment passé avec Léa qui a su nous surprendre avec son gewurztraminer et son pinot gris. Le belvédère vaut le détour ainsi que les efforts pour y arriver....Merci

Pas une simple dégustation mais un vrai moment privilégié avec un accueil chaleureux et un vrai partage !

Nous avons adoré cette ballade dégustation au coeur du domaine en hauteur sur le Rangen avec vue imprenable sur Thann et la region.

Had a wonderful afternoon in the vineyard learning about the history of the region and vineyards. The wine was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons fait une balade dans les vignes accompagné de Léa qui nous a fait découvrir l’histoire de ce magnifique endroit. Nous avons eu la chance d’échanger avec le papa qui travaillait dans les vignes. C’est une famille de passionnée, professionnelle et sympathique qui nous ont permis de passer une magnifique journée pleine de découverte et de gourmandises. Merci ! Nous recommandons vivement.

Un grand merci à Léa, qui nous a consacré deux heures pour nous transmettre sa passion du vin et l’attachement profond qu’elle porte à sa terre natale. Jeune maman et vigneronne inspirée, elle poursuit l’histoire des vignes familiales en y apportant sa touche singulière. Il faut une énergie volcanique, à l’image de la terre du Rangen, pour cultiver la vigne sur des pentes aussi abruptes. Dans le cabanon perché au-dessus de Thann et de sa majestueuse collégiale, la dégustation de ses vins fut un beau moment de partage, et un vrai bonheur pour les papilles.

I thoroughly recommend the visit. Lea, the winemaker is lovely and walked us through the spectacular vineyards explaining the history of the area and their vineyard practices. We then tasted a selection of wines which were amazing, sitting in a picturesque setting overlooking the vines. Thank you very much!
