About the winery

Our human-sized vineyard extends only on the hillside, visible from our living room, at the corner of the Kachelof. The Grand Cru Rangen is a very demanding, stony and poor place with steep slopes: the vines draw the minerals and water necessary for their survival from the faults in the mother rock of volcanic origin. Passeggiare tra le vigne è sempre bellissimo e lo è ancora di più quando lo si fa in compagnia di Lea che ci spiega tutto ciò che ci circonda con dovizia di particolari. La location per la degustazione è unica così come i suoi vini che sono ottimi oggi e saranno ancora più buoni tra qualche anno di invecchiamento nella mia cantina

We had a wonderful experience exploring the Rangen vineyard and enjoying a tasting with Léa. She is deeply passionate about wine, with extensive knowledge that goes beyond winemaking, and she isn’t afraid to experiment. Some of the most unique and best wines we tasted on our trip through Alsace. We highly recommend a visit.

We were invited into her home and she tasted along with my daughter and I. She told us the family history of the vines on Rangen hill and about the soil and about this special wine she is making for a celebration of Saint Theobald cathedral in town. Her special wine proceeds will go to that event. We asked many questions and got to see where the grapes are processed and brought to life in her wine. Very welcoming and personable. I did not know when I booked the tasting that it was a major European holiday, Victory day, yet she still welcomed us in the early evening. Merci

Un accueil simple et convivial, un parcours agréable , sans difficulté et enfin une dégustation de plusieurs crus, dans un superbe cabanon, au milieu des vignes ! Que demander de plus ! Une vraie belle expérience très enrichissante avec une personne qui connait son métier et sait faire partager son amour du vins et du travail de la vigne. Merci beaucoup.

Très bon moment passé avec Léa qui a su nous surprendre avec son gewurztraminer et son pinot gris. Le belvédère vaut le détour ainsi que les efforts pour y arriver....Merci
