La biodynamie, la recherche de l'équilibre en vinification, pour l'obtention de vins agréables et savoureux. C'est superbe et c'en est terminé de ces vins qui après 15 ans de bouteille dessèchent encore la bouche. Visite sympathique, hôtesse accueillante et compétente, dégustation édifiante d'anciens et de nouveau millésime.

Ce fut une belle visite , Lisa avait un bon accueil et a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer tout le processus de la culture des vignes , leurs traitement , la cueillette des raisins et le processus d’élaboration pour produire un bon vin . C’était vraiment agréable et de loin la meilleure visite que j’ai fait dans un château . Grand merci
