About the winery

Château Gombaude Guillot is a family vineyard, owned by the same family since the end of the 19ᵉ century. It is a small estate of just 3.9 hectares where respect for nature and the environment are paramount. Our winery has been run organically since the 1980s, officially certified since 1998 and biodynamically certified since 2006.

An unforgettable experience

We had a private visit and vertical tasting with Remy who was wonderful. We really appreciated his professionalism, kindness and sense of humour. Their Château Goumbaude-Guillot is excellent and we took home a few bottles of different vintages. The perfect gift for my birthday ? We highly recommend this experience to those who look for authenticity - not shiny marketing - and consequently wines to truly die for!

Explications détaillées sur le traitement de la vigne et l'élevage des vins (fûts et amphores en argile), suivies d'une dégustation en verticale de 4 années différentes. Seul bémol, le prix des bouteilles sur place s'avère significativement plus cher que ce qu'on peut trouver sur Internet port compris, dommage (d'où le 4/5 en boissons)...

Loved every moment here with our guide, Remy. Couldn't recommend more. Visited 6 vineyards during our time in Saint-Emilion and Pomerol, and this was by far our favorite. This is a small family vineyard that gave our trip nice diversity as we also visited some of the other larger chateaus.

Excellent experience. We got into the details of the AOC, the regulations, the soils and its uniqueness, the vineyard practices, a tour in the winery itself and the tasting.All in a professional and friendly way. Very recommended. The 2015 vintage was excellent
