Gute Adresse für eine Weindegustation

Der Empfang war sehr nett. Man hat viel erfahren über die verschiedene Weine und wozu man Sie essen sollte. Der ursprüngliche Termin wurde verschoben, wegen einer Doppelbuchung. Leider war zu unserem neuen Termin noch ein anderes Paar zur Weindegustation, sodass sich der Inhaber immer aufteilen musste zwischen den Anwesenden. Das war ein bisschen störend. Aber ansonsten eine gute Weindegustation, die wir empfehlen können.

Dégustation en duo pour l’anniversaire de ma mère qui a adoré l’expérience. Nous avons goûté plusieurs vins délicieux (et avons pu repartir avec les bouteilles !). Myriam était très pédagogue et nous a appris à analyser les vins grâce a plusieurs supports. Je recommande vivement !

Perché au milieu des parcelles de Bollenberg et Pfisterberg, nous avons été accueillis généreusement, sans jamais compter leur temps ni le nombre de vins dégustés. Les propriétaires ont une culture viticole impressionnante et partagent leur passion avec leurs invités. En tant que connaisseur de vins, je reconnais la grande qualité de leurs vins. C’est aussi à distance des sentiers battus de Colmar donc une dégustation calme et authentique. Je recommande vivement.

We had an awesome tour at Francois Schmitt. When I mentioned I work in wine as well, they were very enthusiastic to tell me all about the more technical decisions and methods they use. Followed by a very nice testing, we had a great time!

Nous avons été très bien reçu et je remercie toutes les explications puisque je ne m'y connais pas beaucoup et là j'ai pu passer un très bon moment toute en dégustant du bon vin accompagné d'un rayon de soleil. Je recommande !
