Troglo Degusto

Troglo Degusto has been offering an immersive wine tourism experience since 2012. A guided tour of the underground galleries plunges you into 1,000 years of history, with tufa stone quarrying, mushroom cultivation and, of course, wine-making.

Located between the Beauval Zooparc and the Château de Chenonceau, Troglo Degusto is the wine tourism ... arm of Domaine des Tabourelles, a family-run winery that has been in Bourré for five generations. Run by Anne Josseau since 2009, the winery produces refined wines that showcase the local terroir.

A member of the Touraine Chenonceaux appellation since 2012, the winery cultivates a variety of demanding grape varieties, producing top-quality wines. Committed to preserving biodiversity, Anne has chosen to apply for the Terra Vitis and High Environmental Value labels.

On site, you can taste the winery's wines and carefully selected local produce, after a timeless tour of the troglodytic cellars. see more
