Clos Systey

Clos Systey tells the story of a 2-hectare family vineyard in the heart of Saint-Émilion. Founded in 2015 by Sylvie Dulong, a passionate oenologist, and a childhood friend, the winery was born of a shared ambition: to make an exceptional wine while respecting biodiversity. This project has come to fruition with Clos Systey, a certified biodynamic ... wine recognised by wine lovers and professionals alike.

The year 2025 marks an important turning point with the winery's 10ᵉ vintage and the arrival of the new generation. Fanny Dulong, Sylvie's daughter, took over the running of the estate alongside her husband, Juan Moretti. Together, they are breathing new life into the estate, while remaining true to the spirit of the winery. Since their arrival, new cuvées have been created to meet consumer expectations.
