A very relaxed and enjoyable tour of the caves, explanation of the wine making techniques and then the chance to learn about and taste six wines. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment et appris beaucoup de choses sur le domaine et cet ancien monastère. La visite vaut le détour, l accueil est très sympathique et nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster des vins de qualité. Un grand merci !

The guide was wonderful, leading us through the interesting history while showing us a wonderful old cellar. She showed us and explained the different types of oak used and the variety of options the winemaker has: time in oak; the age of each barrel (how many times it has been used before); the type of "toasting" used to provide additional flavor notes. Very worthwhile.

Activité parfaite pour découvrir Chablis, ses vins et ses vignes ! La visite de l’obédiencerie avec Regis est passionnante et la dégustation qui s’en suit est riche et conviviale. Nous avions pris le package avec balade à vélo et pique nique dans les vignes et nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix! Dominique avait tout prévu : panier garni avec charcuterie, fromage, pain et petite salade, bouteille de chablis et verre à pied… Bref ! Tout ce qu’il faut pour partager un instant suspendu au cœur des vignobles! Allez-y les yeux fermés !
