From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality made me feel truly special, making the experience effortlessly memorable. The wines were absolutely delicious and beautifully showcased the region's unique terroir. Every sip clearly reflected the influence of the mineral-rich soil, distinct microclimate, and optimal sun exposure—giving a crisp, vibrant acidity and an incredible aromatic depth with a refined regional character. A top-tier experience combining exceptional hospitality and world-class wines. Highly recommended!

The lady that gave us the tour and tasting was absolutely delightful. Very knowledgeable and, at the very least, fluent bilingual. The buildings and cellars felt steeped in stories and history. She brought life to the tour. Tastings afterwards were varied and informative. Not the cheapest tasting experience you can get obviously, but worth spending the time on this one in particular.

The staff was super nice, and we did an amazing tour to the cellars, where a lot of information about the wine production and wines was shared. It was notable the knowledge our guide had about everything. Not a single question was left unanswered. The tasting was great. We got to taste 5 wines: petit chablis, chablis, two chablis Premier cru and a Grand Cru. I ended up buying a bottle to take home. Highly recommend the visit!

La visite avait commencé sur un malentendu. Nous attendions à l'Obédiencerie, le groupe attendait à la boutique. Il s'est alors avéré que le groupe était entièrement anglophone. Selon le guide, puisque nous parlions également anglais et bien que nous ayons spécifié à la réservation vouloir une visite en français, la visite pouvait se dérouler en anglais uniquement, ce qui nous a choqué. Finalement, le guide a appelé son collègue et nous avons eu droit à une visite privée en français suivie d'une dégustation privée également. VIsite et dégustation furent finalement très intéressantes et notre deuxième guide, passionnant.

La visite de l’Obédiencerie avec découverte de l'histoire du village et du Domaine est très intéressante, et la dégustation l’est tout autant ! Le petit nombre de participants apporte beaucoup à l'ambiance simple et très sympathique. Je serais heureuse de le recommander et de revenir ! Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe.
