Our visit to Chateau Paloumey was wonderful. Stephanie was extremely helpful in explaining the conversion organic wine cultivation and the challenges as a result. We enjoyed the history of the Chateau, the process, and also viewing the barrels (differences between French and American oak).You will enjoy a small, but curated experience. The wines are unique, and exceptional.Highly recommend the visit and tour!

Une très belle visite, un accueil chaleureux, des explications très intéressantes et adaptées. La partie dégustation est parfaite car adaptée pour nous qui étions novices. Bref je recommande sans hésitation !

Très bon moment passé avec un bel accueil, des explications très intéressantes, un beau cadre pour cette cave au frais, appréciable du fait de la canicule et une très bonne dégustation. Merci à l’équipe et prestation à recommander.

We kwamen te vroeg aan maar konden meteen beginnen, geen andere gasten bij onze rondleiding. In goed Engels gaf onze gids uitleg over het kasteel, de wijngaarden en het proces van wijnmaken. Daarna op het dakterras een heerlijke proeverij.

Visite des installations techniques et du chai intéressante. Notre guide très professionnel nous a proposer une dégustation sur la terrasse face aux vignes nouvellement plantées. Belle visite.

It was a very pleasant and fulfilling experience. Our host was very friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to talk about the history of the domain and explain in detail the whole wine making process. The wines that were chosen for degustation were delicious and they were well selected to highlight the variety of the aromas the different sorts of grapes bring. I highly recommend that tour.
