About the winery

Overlooking the Garonne river, Château de Cérons is an historical house (called Chartreuse) from the 17th century and registered as a historical monument. It is located in the very heart of the village Cérons, in the Graves region.

Malgrait que c'etait disponible en espagnol comme on avait reservé, la visité à eté très bien, l'hôtesse (pardonne moi j'ai oublié ton nom) très agréable et on a eu l'ocassion aussi de connaître la propietaire. Les trois vins goutés nous ont plu aussi

Une visite très agréable en présence des propriétaires (ce qui est assez rare et très appréciable) d'un lieu authentique. D'aucun dirait "dans son jus"... La projection du film dans l'ancien chai est chargée d'émotion. La typicité du terroir de Cerons se retrouve pleinement dans les vins de la propriété. Mention spéciale pour le Grave blanc que nous avons particulièrement apprécié.

Nous avons réalisé la visite découvert avec Xavier. Xavier nous a transmis l’histoire du domaine avec passion, tout en nous apprenant beaucoup de choses sur la culture de la vigne jusqu’à la mise en bouteille.Merci bcp à Caroline et Xavier pour cette expérience que je recommande les yeux fermés!

The visit was very good. We did it with Caroline and the new apprentice. We were 2 of us and 3 other people. Initially we had an explanation of the wineyard, the soil, and the region. Next we did a tour of the property with an interesting explanation. In the final part of the tour Caroline showed us a video about nature, the cycles and sustainability. Last but not least, the degustation of 3 wines with explanation.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour les vins ! Accueil chaleureux, dégustation généreuse et des vins d'une grande qualité. Un moment très agréable !

The guide was absolutely amazing. She explained everything so well and always had a smiling face while answering to all my questions. It was an amazing experience. P.S. I got to taste the most amazing wines I ever tasted. Would recommend this trip to everyone.

Très bon accueil et présentation instructive et enrichissante des vins du domaine au cours de la dégustation. La visite du chai avec le film est agréable et poétique. La boutique met bien en valeur les vins du domaine. Quelques points à améliorer : 1) Le descriptif de visite prévoyait la dégustation de 4 vins du domaine. Nous avons été déçus de n'en découvrir que 3. 2) La visite de la presqu'île et de l'écosystème a besoin d'être plus complète. 3) Quelques bouchées / toasts pourraient agréablement compléter la dégustation des vins, en lien avec les accords mets-vins évoqués.

I visited the place alone and had the opportunity to meet the couple who runs it. The experience was both personal and truly unique. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and the property was magnificent. The hospitality and passion they have invested in this chateau were truly impressive. The wine was in a class of its own, and this was an unforgettable visit:)
