The winery Jean-Baptsite Adam is a familial property located in Ammerschwihr, on the Alsace Wines Road, where fifteen generations have succeded one another for more than four centuries and became great references in the Alsace's viniculture.

L'accueil a été chaleureux, la visite de la cave avec des explications sur les cépages, les étapes de fermentation et de vieillissement ont été intéressantes. Na een hartelijk welkom konden we zelf de wijnkelder bezoeken. Helaas stond alle uitleg alleen in het Frans vermeld. Het was handig geweest als dit daarnaast ook in het engels en/of in andere talen werd aangeboden. Gelukkig konden we met google translate het meeste toch wel achterhalen.De wijnproeverij werd op een enthousiaste manier van uitleg voorzien. En zo konden we het verschil van geur en smaak van de lekkere wijnen ervaren!Zeker een aanrader in deze Elzas wijnstreek.
