Activité réussie, animatrice passionnée et passionnante.

Merci pour cette super visite très complète et bien documentée par un guide (désolé j'ai zappé le prénom) passionné, passionnant et qui maîtrise son sujet. Et une dégustation très sympathique ?. On se replongera dans les souvenirs de cette visite quand on ouvrira les bouteilles... dans quelques années ?

Gaël gave us a nice tour of this old chateau. He explained a lot about how Dauzac is doing the transformation of grapes into wine. They have some impressive wooden tanks to ferment the grapes but also a very impressive cellar and showroom. During the wine tasting, we got to taste three different wines from the estate, including the excellent 2019 Chateau Dauzac. Very well worth the visit.

Nous avons été accueilli par Eliot au château Dauzac. Il a été un guide de visite au top, donnant plein d'explication concernant le château et le processus de fabrication. Le lieu est très bien entretenu et très jolie. Nous avons vu les fues vinification, le chai (magnifique) et fait une dégustation de trois vins du château.

The lady guide was very knowledgeable and explained the wine production clearly. We were astounded by the complexities, not only of where the grape varieties are grown, but the different ways in which they are processed. We then tasted three different styles of wine, which was very interesting. A visit well worth taking.

Bonjour 2e visite de domaine et toujours agréablement ravi de l'accueil de l'explication donnes. Nous avons encore ce jour appris d'autres particularités du monde viticole et surtout expliquées avec implication et parfois une petite note d'humour. Puis après cette visite nous avons eu la joie de déguster 3 vins accompagnés d'une ardoise de charcuterie et de fromage servie dans un endroit calme et chaleureux. Nous remercions notre guide de ce moment.
