Domaine Clotilde Davenne

Clotilde began her career in the reds of Beaujolais after studying oenology, before discovering the sparkling vineyards of California and then returning to make Burgundy whites in Chablis. After growing up at the foot of the Morvan, surrounded by the flavours and smells of the family farm, it was certain that Clotilde had a nose for creating ... unique wines.

In 1992 Clotilde planted her first Chardonnay vines, and a few years later in 2005 she created her own estate in Préhy.

Today, the estate extends over 30 hectares composed of small parcels of vines, of different grape varieties of different ages, in the villages of Chablis, Irancy and Saint Bris. We speak of a mosaic vineyard.

Thanks to the wealth of these typical terroirs typical of Burgundy, Clotilde is fully dedicated to making exceptional wines that highlight the purity of the terroirs and the fruit.
