The tour includes an amazing history of the stone cutters of St. Emillion. It was also a great example of tasting wine as it ages. Veronique was an excellent tour guide. She gave the tour simultaneously in English and French. It was very impressive.

This is a great tour to be able to see the production of St Emilion wine and also to explore the caves that are specific to this region of Bordeaux. Also the wines are an affordable introduction to grand cru classe drinking.
