About the winery

Founded in 1893 by Monsieur Brédif, a pioneer in the world of winemaking, Maison Brédif is now famous for its Vouvray wines. At the beginning of the XXᵉ century, he created sparkling Vouvray.
In 1980, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette passionately took over the reins. Committed to quality and tradition, he breathed new life into the House.

Très belle visite de cette cave atyphique, le jeune homme qui nous a fait la visite était très sympa et connaissait très bien son sujet et l'histoire de cette cave Le salon de dégustation était très cosi même si j'aurais bien aimée faire la dégustation dans la cave principale Les vins sont très bons et le choix était pertinant et varié Merci bcp!

Bien qu adorable et souriante, notre guide n a pas eu l air de maîtriser son sujet , était incapable de répondre à nos questions. Pour le prix, visite de cave décevante, tres peu commenté, les vins dégustes ps ou peu expliqués. Pour une grande maison, on s attendait vraiment a plus de professionnalisme et de passion

La visite + dégustation chez la Maison Brédif a été une expérience très sympathique : un lieu magnifique, une atmosphère authentique, des vins de qualité, un bon encadrement, et plusieurs formules selon les envies. Laurine a fait une excellente visite, passionnante du début à la fin, et nous a appris beaucoup de choses sur l’histoire du domaine, les caves troglodytes et les différents vins dégustés.
