About the winery

Since 1953, two and soon three generations of winegrowers work within the Cave des Producteurs of Vouvray with a little more than 500 hectares of vineyards grown in this Loire appellation.

The tour guide was excellent and gave us a very informative explanation of how the sparkling wines are produced. There were quite a lot of people on the tour and the guide managed the group very well. We enjoyed having the small aperitif board with the tasting and very much enjoyed trying the various wines. We were given an explanation for each wine and tried a range of different styles.

Notre guide a été fantastique, elle a donné toutes les réponses à toutes les questions. Elle est une passionnée qui s’y connaît très bien. La dégustation a été généreuse au max, on a goûté 7 vins différents! La planche contenait des produits de qualité. À ce prix, toute une aubaine. Merci

A wonderful and educational tour of the cellars, then a delicious tasting of 6-7 wines. The (traditional method) sparkling and sweet wines were my favorites, and leaving with at least one bottle and a handy gadget are musts for this visit! Bonus: The location is a quick walk from public transit, so there's no need to waste gas and wine samples :)

Morgan , our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and answered our questions patiently. It was an interesting whistle stop tour of wine making in the area. Very good value for money
