This was a great combination of history about the chateau, the winemaking process and a really interesting tour through the underground cellars. Finishing with the tasting overlooking the Fronsac vineyards was perfect.

La visite était très intéressante La découverte des souterrains très instructive et intéressante Une très belle visite avec un accueil parfait Nous avons fini la visite par le parc, c’était très chouette

We had such a lovely trip to Chateau de la Rivière thanks to our tour guide Mathilde. She took us through the impressive quarry tunnels where the Winery stores their aging wine. We happily tried their delicious wines in the setting of a mediaeval chateau. Would highly recommend.

Une superbe visite, le château est magnifique ainsi que son environnement. Ce fût une très belle découverte, on a vraiment apprécié toute la visite qui fût très instructive, ainsi que la dégustation avec notre guide du jour ( de son surnom Lilou ) un petit clin d'œil à elle car franchement nous avons passé un super moment à ses côtés. Nous recommandons vivement, et n'hésiterons pas à y repasser dès que nous pourrons.

Très belle visite de ce château de plusieurs centaines d’années. Belle découvertes de la cave souterraine et très jolies vins sur le fruit.

Merci à notre guide pour cette visite des caves souterraines. Visite enrichissante. Les caves sont magnifiques et le château est d une beauté exceptionnelle. Très agréable dégustation avec beaucoup d explications. Les vins sont bons. Je recommande à 100% la visite de ce château.
