About the winery

Taken over in 2007 by Chantal and Philippe Miecaze, Château Léognan is a small family estate (6 hectares planted in 1989) in the Pessac-Léognan AOC. Un moment très sympa en famille avec notre hôte qui nous a permis de nous évader en parcourant l'histoire du lieu et ses secrets... Et pour finir, la dégustation du vin du château fut une belle surprise. A renouveler et à faire découvrir aux amis...

C’est un sans faute …très beau domaine, très bonne dégustation dans un endroit chaleureux avec les commentaires de Julia qui possède ses sujets sur le bout des doigts, connaissances sans faille de sa part…. un vrai bonheur ! Expérience à partager et…à renouveler sans aucune hésitation. ..et prix d’excellence à Julia.

It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The property is amazing and Julia was the perfect tour guide. She managed our group in both French and English, with a child and late comers. Everyone was really accommodating and attentive to our needs. They also gave my son toys to entertain himself. I hope to return and enjoy the restaurant and spa as well.Thank you!

Visité très agréable et documentée avec l’hôtesse d’accueil très agréable et professionnelle. La dégustation est très agréable aussi, avec des précisions sur le terroir et les différentes saveurs des vins.
