Château Chênaie

Accueil impeccable, une vraie ambiance durant la visite, un vigneron qui aime sa terre et son domaine, et des produits de qualité due à un travail entre plusieurs génération. Le domaine est magnifique, la cave et son contenu l’est tout autant, le tout cree un moment figé dans le temps. Les 6 participants recommande chaleureusement l’expérience qui mêle convivialité et apprentissage. Bonne continuation et merci encore !

Nous avons été accueilli par Adrien, vigneron, qui nous a fait découvrir le domaine de façon pationnel. La visite des vignes, des caves et la dégustation, tout était réuni pour passer un moment très très agréable. Merci pour cette merveilleuse découverte!!!

Our guide was a member of the owners family and he was really great taking us out to the vineyards and explaining everything. We will be going back to buy more wine when we're next in the region.

We did the English tour and started off by going through several vineyards where our guide explained quite in details the process of taking care of the vines and the entire process of winemaking, from planting/pruning to harvesting. We then went into the macération and fermentation room where we learned the steps leading up to bottling. Finally, we tried 9 different wines (white, rosé, red, even an orange wine!). Overall, we really enjoyed the experience. The guide was passionate and knowledgeable about their terroir and their products, and very attentive to our questions!

Wonderful experience from informative and friendly family owners. We’ve been here before and every time we return it’s an equally great experience with some lovely wines to taste. And good to try some new ideas from the younger family this time too.

Un domaine familiale, qui prend le temps de faire déguster et d'expliquer l'histoire de chaque vin. De très bon vins avec des goûts travaillés. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Merci encore.

Fabulous visite and then wine testing afterwards, €15 pp with absolutely no compulsion to buy… but after tasting 11 truly delicious wines, why would you not want to buy a bottle (or 2) ! Our tour was done in English by the wonderful Adrien.
