Ex filiale dell'Abbazia di Valmagne, il Mas du Novi produce vini affacciati sul Mediterraneo dal X secolo, a 150 metri di altitudine, sulle ultime propaggini delle Cévennes, in uno dei terroir più belli ed eccezionali della Linguadoca.

We spend a lovely couple of hours on a cold & damp Languedoc day at the Mas de Novi. The tour with Mireille was extremely informative as she answered our many questions and was a great host along with her lovely dog Neige. We felt very much at home and the tasting is extensive across the range of the wonderful wines on offer from the different grape varieties. We spend much time discussing the winemaking techniques some of which are very specific to the mas to create their specific award winning style; vineyard management and of course a good discussion on the notes in every wine. A pleasure and highly recommended for anyone who has an interest in wine and understanding more. Thank you!

My mum and I recently went to the wine tasting and tour and had the best time! It was just the two of us with our lovely host who spoke in perfect English!It was so interesting to learn about the history and see the collections of the owners. The location is just stunning and having the wine tasting with such a beautiful view of the vineyard. The wines are also delicious and available to buy after!My only note would be to make sure you have arranged travel to and from the venue - we were able to uber there but not back. Otherwise it’s just the best day out so I really recommend!

Cadre magnifique et vins très bon. On nous faire déguster pas mal de vins La visite est sympathique en été car ce sont les caves que nous visitons. Cela rafraîchi un peu ?

Visite au top même pour les enfants. Accueil très chaleureux et explications très claires sur tout ce que nous avons pu voir avec une partie historique très intéressante. Lieu magnifique et vin excellent. À visiter en famille sans aucun soucis les enfants sont les bienvenus. Merci encore pour cette heure sympathique
