Mas Sainte Berthe

We had a lovely time walking around the Mas Saint Berthe vineyards, followed by a sampling of 3 white wines, 1 rose, and 3 red wines, all of which were excellent. Corail was a superb host, explaining each wine carefully, including appropriate pairings, and was a delightful person to talk with about French culture and the Southern France area. She also comfortably spoke in English to the members of our party who don't know much French, and indulged those of us who are learning by patiently speaking French with us. We felt no pressure to buy anything, though of course after sampling their fine wines, we could not leave without several bottles. Definitely recommend!

Le site de la visite mérite le détour. L’accueil est également chaleureux. La dégustation est gratuite, c’est un plus et vous pourrez apprécier plusieurs vins même gratuitement.

We found our time at this winery to be relaxing, informative and our hostess Coral was truly sweet, knowledgable and engaging. Really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to others.

Hele mooie proeverij gehad met veel uitleg. Lekkere wijnen. Ook wijn gekocht natuurlijk en ook hun mooie wijnglazen.

Kleine toer tussen de wijnranken, borden met info over de druifsoort en de groei en bloei ervan. Verder info krijg je binnen van een vriendelijke vakkundige, terwijl je 5 soorten wijn mag proeven. Geen verkoopsverplichtings gevoel, maar toch buiten gelopen met 6 flessen lekkere rode wijn en wat bijproducten.

We spent a very pleasant few hours at Mas Sainte Berthe. The self-guided tour was quicker and provided less information than we expected but was pretty and enjoyable nevertheless. The wine tasting was great: we tried 6 wines (2 rose, 2 white and 2 red). We enjoyed them all and found it hard to choose which to buy. The prices were very reasonable and there was no pushy selling so we were keen and happy to buy. We took 3 bottles to start with, as we have only a few days of holiday left, but I expect we may pop back for more before we leave as they are very drinkable! Thank you!

Workers were kind and helpful in both pointing us in the direction of the self-guided tour (which was beautiful and picturesque) and the wine tasting.

This wine tasting was a very pleasant experience and our host was very knowledgeable regarding the wines and the area around the vineyards. We really enjoyed the experience and we bought a bottle of Rose to drink at our hotel.
