Wij hadden een hartelijk ontvangt, geweldige tour door de zelf uitgegraven kelders. Het hele champagne proces en zoveel geduld met al onze vragen. Kortom echt een aanrader.

Très bonne dégustation et visite

Visite choisie un peu au hasard et il a clairement bien fait les choses. Une maison, un champagne et un hote a decouvrir absolument. De l'accueil a la degustation, tout etait top. Un hote accueillant, simple, connaisseur, amoureux de son travail qui a pris le temps de partager son savoir. La visite de la cave est exceptionnelle et les champagnes dégustés étaient excellents. A recommander absolument

We had a truly fabulous experience when visiting. Our guide (and owner/winemaker) was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly to our entire group. We started out in the field and ended up at the tasting table having covered all the steps in between with careful detail. I would recommend this visit to anyone interested in winemaking.

We booked a last minute tasting and arrived while they were finishing up with a group. He immediately welcomed us in and explained his family's history in owing the wineries and then being part of the wine making process. Very hospitable and friendly environment with good blanc de blanc champagne. Small winery which we like. Good for small groups as well as we saw a big van picking up the group before us.

Visited the house 15 years ago and after a very long stay on the other side of the world, I decided to make a 'return' trip together with 4 South Korea friends. Hospitality was perfect, and the Champagne was the same unique taste/quality that I remember from all those years ago. Visiting this place is very different from the much more touristic approaches taken by 'the large producers'. Those visits are interesting, but I never found a reason to return. For the Lancelot Royer visit, things are very different. It's a small family business and just visiting a REAL cave/tunnel is an experience that I think is worth doing multiple times, just because of the uniqueness. The cherry on the cake, is the last barrel that you'll get to see. It's alive! And it's simply amazing how nature can turn grapes into the product sold by the house, of course with the expert skills of the wine maker of the house. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, because there is nothing more fun than driving down to the house of a producer, and getting a small batch of bottles for the next unique experience. So to all people interested in the real champagne making, done by real people: I would highly recommend finding your way to Cramant.

Nous avons été guidé par le viticulteur lui même qui était sympathique, répondait à toutes nos questions et nous a expliqué avec passion son métier. La visite était très intéressante, instructive et la cave avec ses différents couloirs creusés dans la craie formidable. La dégustation de 2 types de champagne était agréable et notre guide toujours à notre écoute. Cette cave familiale nous a plu car à taille humaine et une véritable histoire et passion de famille. Nous la recommandons

The tour was warm and personal, with each step in the champagne-making process explained and demonstrated in an easy-to-follow way. There was plenty of time for questions, and each one was answered thoughtfully, with insights that suited everyone’s different levels of wine knowledge. It was a truly delightful experience, with a tour and tasting of Blanc de Blancs Champagne from a Grand Cry winery in Cramant, right in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The views of the vineyards in Cramant and the surrounding villages are not to be missed! Highly recommended.
