L'azienda di famiglia è stata fondata nel 1888 a Hautvillers, il luogo stesso in cui Dom Pérignon ha concepito lo champagne. Nel corso delle generazioni, la Maison ha fatto tesoro del suo know-how ancestrale per produrre vini con le caratteristiche e gli aromi specifici che lo rendono uno champagne unico. Hidden Gem for Champagne tasting

Sabine was a wonderful host and kindly explained the champagne making process. The highlight was seeing the wooden oak press. Our favorites were the Signature Cuvée and Cuvée de Roses. The wine tour was a highlight of our trip and we hope to visit again the next time we are in the area.

Absolutely amazing vineyard tour and tasting. Our guide Karen was friendly, funny, and so knowledgeable!! Would absolutely recommend, a must visit.

We have been to several wine producers on "tour and tasting", and this tour was the best by far. Thank you so much for a superb experience! We received detailed information, and it was super interesting! Desruets produces only 20 000 bottles a year, is independent and organic. And the champage was the best we tasted. Much better AND cheaper than the big houses. We bougth several bottles. We reccomend this highly!!

Interessante rondleiding en uitstekende proeverij van verschillende champagnes. De mevrouw die ons de rondleiding gaf was zeer vriendelijk en wist veel informatie te vertellen. Er was een ontspannen en gezellige sfeer.

We had a beautiful visit to the cellar and vineyards of Champagne Desruets, as well as a delicious tasting. Our guide Karen was very friendly and explained a lot about wine making. Thank you very much for this lovely experience.

It was the most magical experience! We were so pleased that we chose to come to you. We loved the history, the oak press, the very casual set up and the smallness of the group! And of course we loved the champagne! So interesting to try the different types. You are part of something very special there! It’s incredible!

It was a real nice afternoon where the smaller house of Joseph Desruets showed its way of making champagne. And this was very interesting because of the knowledgeable and social guide, and the old machinery. Lastly, the wine tasting made it a nice well rounded experience with very nice tasting wines.

Korte maar boeiende rondleiding bij deze kleine lokale wijnboer. Een eeuwenoude wijnpers die nog steeds in gebruik is, een blik in de wijnkelders en 3 glaasjes van hún heerlijke champagne. Hier ga je niet door zonder een paar flesjes.

Très belle rencontre avec la propriétaire du vignoble et son mari, qui ont su tout nous expliquer dans le détail, en adaptant parfaitement leur discours. C’était super intéressant de découvrir les étapes de la vinification de manière claire et conviviale. La dégustation était également très bien, on est repartis avec quelques bouteilles !
