Wonderful Burgundy bike tour

What a fantastic day. Our guide, Theo, took us through beautiful countryside and villages on our full day bike tour, with stops for wine and cheese in a park, wine tasting at a lovely chateau, an excellent 3 course lunch and another wine tasting back in Beaune. We experienced a fairly easy ride through villages and vineyards, with a few climbs but mainly downhill or flat terrain on good quality bikes and with interesting commentary from Theo. We would highly recommend this tour.

The perfect day trip from Beaune!Biking through the vineyards of Côte de Beaune, tasting incredible wines, and enjoying a local lunch made this tour the highlight of my stay in Beaune. Eric, our guide, made the tour extra special: he was not only knowledgeable but passionate about Burgundy’s history and terroir.A beautiful mix of scenery, culture, and flavor — I highly recommend it!

What a splendid day! We left Dijon in the morning. We had a small amount of rain, but that was no problem. The 3 visits (chatteu de Marsannay, the hotel in Chambolle -Musigny and Domaine Armelle et Bernard RION) was well worth every dime spent. Very professional wine makers (sommeliers), with also good social skills. We are average in wine know-how, but those people teached us with confidence and patience. The lunch was also just what we needed after some hours at the bicycle seat. The guy at Active Tours was very helpful when we forgot the names of our destinations. Thank you Active Tours (and all other involved) for a fantastic day.

La balade à vélo était très agréable, nous avons pu profiter des magnifiques paysages. Le guide était lui fort sympathique et la visite de la cave fort intéressante ! Nous avons pu apprendre de nombreuses choses sur le vin

belle façon de découvrir les vignobles avec une dégustation de vins très sympathique ! la ballade à vélo est très agréable et la traversée des villages de pommard et volnay, des noms mythiques, était top!!! c était très bien et cela a tout à fait répondu à notre attente!
