The distillery

The Combier distillery is one of the oldest still in operation in the Loire Valley. Founded in 1834 by Jean-Baptiste Combier, it has always been in operation in the very heart of the town of Saumur. It benefits from its position in the centre of the Garden of France to source local produce: fruit, flowers and aromatic plants.
