Very informative and knowledgeable presentation of J-M Boillot wines in an informal setting with accompanying cheese and charcuterie. Julian was excellent in his presentation of the 8 wines we tasted (4 white, 4 red) and explained how the winery was established and where the vineyards were located for the various wines selected for us. It was so good we returned in the evening for another 2 glasses each!

Julien nous a très bien reçu! Beaucoup d’explications sur la provenance des vins, sur les méthodes de vinification, sur le terroir (les fameux « climats » de Bourgogne). Généreux, disponible et courtois. Beaux vins, goûtés côte-à-côte (méthode appréciée), avec une belle planche de produits locaux. Une belle expérience au coeur de Pommard. Merci!

Was fortunate to have an early time slot with no other tourist ... Julien was friendly, patient and enjoyed explaining the history of the business and the different characteristics of their land parcels. The testing was very organized and the charcuterie/cheese board went well with the wines ... satisfaction guaranteed !

Les vins étaient excellents et la planche, délicieuse, avec des produits locaux. Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés ! Merci beaucoup pour ce moment de partage. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette belle dégustation.

La dégustation à la boutique était top ! Nous avons pu échanger longuement avec l’animateur, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Nous sommes repartis avec 3 bonnes bouteilles et avons été très satisfaits de notre visite. Ce fut un excellent moment lors de notre premier séjour en Bourgogne.

J'ai fait cette visite avec des amis et tout s’est très bien passé ! L’accueil était vraiment sympa, la personne qui nous a reçus était super. On a passé un excellent moment et on a acheté du vin à la boutique. Très bonne expérience au final !

Très bon accueil et très bon vins, la planche mixte est fournie de produits locaux de qualités. Tout étais parfait merci beaucoup pour cette dégustation.

This tasting accompanied with a snack was the best afternoon of our week long trip to Burgundy. Not only was the wine offering superb, but the graciousness of our host was outstanding. He was conversant and committed to helping us understand the unique charms of the region.
