About the winery

In Burgundy, the castle of Pierreclos, built on a rocky spur, has been planted with vines since the 6th century. Today, the estate is cultivated by the family as a garden, a natural and cultural heritage attached to the castle.

We absolutely loved the tour and wine tasting! Léonnie was a fantastic guide, gave a clear and comprehensive overview of the property, Pierreclos wines, and the wines of the region. She thoroughly answered our many questions. We love tours like this where we can really engage with the content with a really friendly, expert guide. We also really appreciate her help with shipping wine to our home in Seattle. We can’t wait to taste the wine again. We will be recommending this to our friends, and we would love to come back and stay on the property sometime!

De locatie is heel mooi en het huis is sjiek. Het personeel is vriendelijk en heeft ons alles goed uitgelegd. Wij hebben hier een aantal wijnen mogen proeven en ook een aantal wijnen gekocht.
