About the winery

In the 15th century, the Château de la Créte was one of the land of Nicolas Rolin, Chancellor of the Duke of Burgundy and his wife Guigogne de Salin, founders of the famous Hospices de Beaune, where wine was already produced. Nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Les informations étaient très intéressantes, notre guide a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière très pro et très aimable.Les vins goûtés.... un délice!! Nous sommes évidemment répartis avec un carton !Je conseille, allez-y les yeux fermés!

Une visite décontractée et professionnelle, adaptée et personnalisée, un super accueil: chaleureux et instructif, un château avec son histoire et un lieu planté au milieu de vignes magnifiques surplombees par un moulin qui donne une vue paroramique époustouflante. Si vous ne savez pas choisir où aller.. vous avez trouvé votre desti"nez";-)

Highly recommend to visit here. We booked tour & tasting in Apr24. As Mr.Bastien SR. led the tour. He can explain us to easily understand the Burgundy area, appellation, and the Terroir here at this chateau, then the tasting. They produced great wines here. We had so much fun and amazing visit. Wishing to be back next time.

Nous avons fait le choix du château de la Créée un peu par hasard. C'est une très belle expérience. De très bons vins dans un large éventail d'appellations. Un accueil convivial et agréable. Nous avons fait cette expérience en famille. L'avis était unanime. Je ne peux que recommander

Nous avions une réservation à 10h30 et nous avions organisé nos activités de la journée en fonction. Sauf qu’au domaine ils avaient noté 12h30 et ne nous ont pas proposé d’alternative… Nous avons donc du annuler certaines activités et attendre 2h. Aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, ce qui était un peu décevant compte tenu du prix très élevé de notre prestation et surtout du chamboulement de notre journée. Si la visite est très pédagogique et le personnel agréable, il s’agit toutefois d’une affaire qui n’a rien de familial et tout de commercial. Les prioritaires sont américains et ne vivent pas en France. Ils détiennent 100 hectares aux Etats-Unis et une vingtaine en France. Du coup le lieu manque d’authenticité. Ils proposent de nombreuses activités mais ça devient donc plus touriste et commercial, ce qui est décevant. Concernant le vin, il est varié et de qualité avec des 1er et des grands crus, certes, mais les prix sont également très élevés. Nous avons préféré d’autres visites dans des domaines réellement gérés par les propriétaires avec des prix bien plus abordables.

Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons pu faire une visite très complète. Évidement le château est moins beau sous les nuages, mais le sourire et la gentillesse des personnes sur place est un vrai plus. La dégustation était super, nous sommes repartis avec des bouteilles qui nous ont bien surpris avec un rouge qui était accessible pour les débutants. De très bons conseils, merci pour votre bonne humeur.

Nous sommes très content d’avoir visité le domaine. Nous avons bien aimé l’expérience ainsi que les vins que nous avons dégusté. Un gros merci au sommelier qui a été très sympathique et très gentil tout au long de la dégustation.
